Appearance:
Akuma is a tall guy with toned, confident features and a solid body. He is slim, yet has some muscles that many women stop to admire whenever they can catch him with his shirt off. He isn’t your typical slender male, however, for you see the body is composed of red, white, and pink muscles. Through many strenuous hours of training and discipline Akuma was able to convert all of his muscle mass into pink muscles, therefore, explaining his slender and toned figure showing so much promise for great power and athletic ability. He has medium length jet black hair that seemingly always falls in his face in a rebellious manner though he doesn’t take the time to tend to his hair like many assume he does.

This complementing his seemingly pale, yet having subtle tan skin. His face showing a confident, powerful individual that doesn’t falter in his mannerisms and tones simply because he was blessed with an above average demeanor. Though he is conscious of this he is humble about this appearance and truly doesn’t care about it. Though when it comes to clothes he has a wide variety of styles he loves to wear but his favorite being something simple and easy nothing extremely flashy that may draw unneeded attention his way. Akuma can nearly always be seen wearing black sunglasses and smoking a cigar while walking around and doing whatever he sets his attention to for that day.

Personality:
Initially, Akuma was; cheeky, cheerful, and full of mischievous ideas. He is also one of the quickest-thinking people that many people had ever known. He is confident in his abilities, often being humble about it, but when somebody compliments him, especially Aven, he gets easily embarrassed. However, his ruthlessness and aptitude in killing shows the other side of him — deadly, violent, and bloodthirsty. Having been tortured since birth, Akuma has been conditioned to possess extreme tolerance for pain.

However, Akuma is still carefree, hates doing any responsibility, and does not like to do much. That is how is life has changed in what seems the small amount of time he has been alive. The only other thing that keeps him carefree and sane is his sisters that he uses as rather exotic weapons.

However, most of the time Akuma is portrayed as entirely self-interested and does whatever he likes as long as it pleases him in some way. He lusts for the thrill of killing powerful fighters in combat; likewise, he grows excited to meet any new people he deems worthy of fighting or anyone with potential to be a good fighter and entertain him in the future. However, he isn’t one to get off on this act, but rather simply enjoys a good battle and finds himself excited for knowing there are still many to come. Furthermore, he isn’t all about battle and seeking it but rather truly is mellow and sarcastic never targeting his guild members out of a sense of respect but knowing that one day many of them could find themselves on his list if ever the circumstances fit. While he tends to be mellow, outgoing, nonchalant, and rather sarcastic with his friends or people he finds enjoyable to be around he would rather say he has a completely different side when it comes to outsiders of his friends and respected comrades.

In addition, Akuma is or at the least, can be sociopathic. While he does like people, he finds himself stating that, valuable one day could mean trash the next and could kill anyone with little to no reservation. He is completely self-centered and manipulative with all of these traits being indicative of sociopathic nature. He does not care for what has happened in the past as he is only interested in what could be amusing to him in the future or present. While Akuma’s nature tends to be malevolent, he isn't an indiscriminate killer. While he has no problems killing anyone regardless of age or sex, he only kills people who are in his way or people he deems "worthy." As such, he is more simply amoral than flat out evil. He will even assist the people he deems “worthy” if there is "fun" in doing so or if it will make them stronger for a more entertaining fight in the future. So in addition to previously stated behavior, Akuma cares about having fun and a good challenge which may or may not involve killing people.

There is one thing about Akuma, however, that will never change and that is his undying love for music but to be specific he is in love with trap music putting it in his ears whenever he truly need to focus or when he finds something that he is going to give his full attention to. He usually has his headphones in and depending on his mood will depend on the song.

Once Upon A Time

History:
The Amoral King… The Trickster, The Magician, all of these nicknames would be given to a man at one point or another after his birth. He was a man that could seemingly adapt to his surrounding and always find a way to survive. You may ask who this man is and his name would be one to remember… Akuma Jaaku he was a man born in a rather dangerous place known as Death Valley the single child to a man called Jing Jaaku and Emilia Jaaku they were the creators of a organization known for its great combat skills and proficient assassins that would have made it out of the Canyon of Desolation.

However, the tale of this man would only begin after his life in the living world though to accurately begin his story a brief looking into his past will shed the light onto why this man was selected and trained to become the new squad two captain for his ruthless and already blood filled past made him nearly the perfect candidate for a position full of pointless bloodshed and lonely nights. For his childhood in the living world was one filled with constant battles and endless days of mischievous deeds. Since the tender young age of five, the man was pitted against other children in mock battles to weed out the naturally strong from the naturally weak. Him of course being one of the few with naturally strong gifted abilities… However, there was another boy that was just nearly as good at him in battle only losing to him in creativity it would seem and his name would be Sian Higashi he was the older brother to what possibly could have been Akuma’s first love Aven Higash… every day for the next nine years those three would be nearly inseparable. Whether it be Sian and Akuma battling for fun just enjoying the thrill for an exciting battle while Aven would sit on the sidelines seemingly studying the two boys go head to head day after day developing their skills and combat styles to the never ending mischievous ideas that Aven and Akuma go into. They truly were his first true friends a blood haired crimson beauty and a worthy combatant, it was as though even in a place seemingly surrounded by battle and death it was still possible for these children to turn out normal. However, the world would have another turn of events for these kids though all down a separate path it seemed that Aven and Akuma would always be destined to meet again.

Therefore, as the years progressed it wasn’t that they were in a truly dangerous place but rather he was a man born into a family in the soul society known for training children as if they were in a human environment and then taking them to their real home if their skills proved worthy… where as others weren’t as fortunate would be left in the last mock battle to seal their own fate of survival. So as he progressed so did seemingly anyone around him he was a shining beacon of pure raw natural ability being known as a specialist among his friends for his fighting style was one that could be known as rather straight forward but was actually complex to combat against it was seemingly as system to never truly worry about his own life nor if survival was possible for he grew up knowing that survival was key to life…

So upon arriving to his fourteenth birthday or should I rather say near his one hundredth birthday he was finally given his very own Asauchi though at the time he didn’t know what truly was awaiting him when he first received this sword it would later become rather apparent the reason and the true powers that would lie within… So as he would continue to grow with the blade being forced to now not only physically train with it but also at least for four hours out of his day he had to preform mental training by having the blade lay across his lap and meditate… Though even from the beginning the man could seemingly hear a faint voice coming from the back of his mind he never truly paid attention to it. Though in the future he would finally realize the name of this training and it would be known as Jinzen or sword meditation. So for the remaining one hundred years this man would be put through hell for his family trying to form the perfect soldier one that was reformed enough to kill without questioning orders yet still have a personality on his own though this truly would be the downfall of many of the people that truly attempted to create the monster man of the soul society know today as one of the most ruthless captains to ever be inducted into the six court guard squads.

In addition, as the man would seemingly develop his own style more and more it seemed as he continued to master new styles it seemingly became more and more difficult to master any other style to also accommodate with his current one. However, this wouldn’t truly turn out to be the worst thing that he had done for later on it would bring blossom to his own creation and a great style that nearly no one else could copy in this world. However, before he could do this he would have to go through his last trial after going through many years of training it would finally be time to reveal to him the true secrets of what he was and truly why he was here by having him… no rather forcing him to face an enraged hollow… Through the course of this battle he would be pushed to his limits, see more blood of his own than any other time of his life and rely on so many different aspect of his training that it was seemingly at the near end of the battle that the man would be over thrown by this hell spawn. However, this pushing would be the thing that sky rocketed him to the great level that he is in now for he would finally as though a young girl yelling would hear the voice of his zanpakuto once more and know exactly who it was from the beginning for truly he had been bonding with her since his early childhood… it was indeed Aven that would have been the girl from within the sword that called out to him and in turn upon speaking her “true” name he was able to finally use his swords true form and slay the hollow in front of him in seemingly mere moments with the increase of power that he achieved that day. So with this he would have been sent to the academy under the orders of the former squad two captain before him his father so that once graduated he would be a pointed the new squad two captain the second generation of Jaaku to hold this position.

A few things that I need you to fix.

In this AU there are only 6 divisions. 1st, 2nd, 4th, 6th, 11th and 12th. so it's the gotei 6.
Also there is no academy and you guys are the first shinigami. Roughly the eldest shinigami woulbe be 200-250 years old. You can go read the shinigami race information to get the backstory.

However other than that I like where the application stands.
